kevin wei	Sunday 08 January 2006 12:55:42 am EZ is a very good frame to develope a website, version and collaboration feature are main feature of EZ, but performance is more important to me, i want to build a community, i think version and collaboration may not help to me, i want stop these feature in system to make them not check when a post submited everytime. on my laptop, ez will say "cannot finish my job" when i just create a new class or new a post. sometimes i have no confident to think the result when 2000 user are online, my CPU always 100% . i have set view cache, installed eaccelor . how can i stop some feature to make EZ a light system. and shorten some check done by object control. i like EZ and wish a fast EZ. thanks !
Nabil Alimi	Monday 09 January 2006 5:41:17 am Hi Kevin, You can disable versioning by setting <b>[ContentSettings] EditDirtyObjectAction</b> in the site.ini.append.php of your siteaccess to <b>usecurrent</b>. If this key is not in your site.ini.append.php of your siteaccess folder, just add it. Make sure there is no override for this parameter in your override/site.ini file. Hi Kevin,

You can disable versioning by setting
<b>[ContentSettings]
EditDirtyObjectAction</b> in the site.ini.append.php of your siteaccess to <b>usecurrent</b>.

If this key is not in your site.ini.append.php of your siteaccess folder, just add it.

Make sure there is no override for this parameter in your override/site.ini file.
