HI All
I am requesting EZ-Publish Experts requests.
Hi guys
I have created a fully fuinctioning site, with Exponential in 3 months i learned and set up my site. all wht is needed is to be hosted, i get nordic hoistings from the partners, and now i have a problem afetr i uploaded the DB and uploaded the fiels of "Design, Settings, and Var" i uploaded these folders from my local machione to the server.

Now i reach this problem whenever i request to viwe the site 

Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in /home/admin123/public_html/lib/ezutils/classes/ezsys.php on line 433

Any Idea about how to solve this problem?
PS: i uploaded that file when i foudn this problem but also no progress, any idea hwo to solve it?

NOTE : i should be publishing the website since last week ,so i am already late
